Ladies! Are You Ready to Break-Up with Sugar?

Winter is coming my friends, and already last week, four of my massage clients came in feeling under the weather. Sore throats. Headaches. That worn-down look in their eyes that says, “I’m just trying to keep it together.”

Cold and flu season is already creeping in.  And while I’m not about fear-mongering or quick fixes, I am about paying attention.

One thing I’ve noticed again and again — in my body, my clients’ experiences, and every woman I work with — is how sugar quietly compromises our resilience.

It’s subtle at first.
An extra snack here. A sugary coffee there.

But over time, that cycle starts to wear you down. Blood sugar spikes. Crashes. Energy dips. Brain fog. Hormonal chaos. And most importantly right now — a weakened immune system.

This isn’t about guilt. Or restriction. Or jumping on another wellness bandwagon.

This is about giving your body a break.
Especially before the demands of the colder seasons start stacking up.

So many women feel like sugar is calling the shots — running the show behind the scenes of their energy, their moods, and their cravings. And we’re told to either white-knuckle our way through it or just accept it as normal.

But here’s the truth:
You don’t have to be a slave to sugar.

That’s why I’m leading a gentle, supportive, and FREE 5-Day Sugar Detox Series this fall.  The next one is November 3-7 and we will go through the new year.
